Polyurethane track pads

One of the main products of KSI Road Solutions are polyurethane track pads. They have a versatile application especially in asphalt milling machines. The polyurethane structure avoids damage to the asphalt surface. Thanks to the use of a special, improved formula of synthetic material, the content of polyurethane increased by 30%. The result is an extended period use of the track pads along with a high tensile strength. Our offer includes both old and new types: a quick-change system.

We especially recommend our track pads in the quick-change system, which are distinguished by the way they are made – a one-piece steel core of track pad permanently connected with screws. It is much more durable and stable construction than in the case of track pads with holes. The monolithic construction of the steel core guarantees high resistance to cracking and crumbling of polyurethane, thanks to which the continuity of the milling machine is guaranteed even in the most difficult conditions.
